Shipping, Returns, Refunds.

Shipping:

We guarantee your package will be sent out within 2 business days from when the order was placed. The delivery date will be based on location and the shipping carrier. Placing an order on the weekend or a holiday may end up pushing the arrival of your item(s) beyond the estimated delivery date. We hope that your item(s) arrive as soon as possible.

Return policy:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You have one week (7 days) from the day of delivery to ship this item back to us.

Refund policy:

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, if your package is lost or if your order is incorrect- you MUST notify (Dauts Co) within 2 days of delivery. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If a damage has occurred, you must send photos of the damaged product so that we can properly handle the situation. Damaged products will be replaced upon photos being sent. Refunds will not be issued for damages- there are no exceptions to this policy.
There are NO cancellations on orders once they have been processed and shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.
