WHO WE ARE:

We are a growing family of four, from Upstate New York. Along with our two Dauts, we have a Chihuahua named Paqo, a Bearded Dragon named Rusty, a Ball Python named Slinky, a Brachypelma Boehmei Tarantula named Squad and numerous Fish. Aside from our house and hands being full, we always make time for each other and what means the most.

DAUTS NAME:

When our first daughter was born, her father, David, started calling her Daut. Eventually, Daut turned into Big Daut and Baby Daut when our second daughter was born. Upon later discovery, we found that Daut means “A Variant of David, the Beloved” in Arabic.

DAUTS GOAL:

As a family hobby, we started hand-pouring candles here in Upstate NY. After many purposeful compliments as time went on, we decided to share our love for candle-making with you. Our goal is to one day pass down Dauts Co. to our Dauts, so the hobby that we started can continue with them.
